September 2017

Cooking up a storm!

Along with the rest of Britain, we have experienced some serious showers and windy days here in the North West. It hasn't stopped us enjoying the last of our crops from beetroots to courgettes and even still tomatoes. I have been roasting the beetroots with balsamic vinegar in the oven and making batches of courgette and dolcelatte soup. Delicious!

One Green World strives to trade as a ‘sustainable’ business that believes in a restorative economy and an ecological social mandate. This means to source recycled and reclaimed supplies and produce minimal waste, taking into account the full ecological cost of trading. One Green World believes that people and the planet come first.

What Our Clients Say

Garrett Hall Primary School

"The children are so proud of their new bench and love it even more as they are a real part of it. The bench is everything I dreamt of and more. Your professionalism, prompt communication, amazing ideas and creativity all blended in to help make our art week such a success. I would highly recommend 'One Green World' to any school, business etc. who would benefit from your amazing service"

Friends of Ladybarn Park Manchester

"What can l say Friday was brilliant. You and your team were brilliant. It was wonderful watching yourselves and the children at work. Most of the children that took part would have never used a saw, hammer or hand drill before, let alone make bird boxes/feeders/mix bird food. We’ve had so much positive feedback"

Kevin Wigley from City of Trees..

“Those roofs look absolutely amazing. The school have already emailed to say how good they look. The inside looks really strong. I wish every contractor was willing to put time into taking pics and sending them to me! It’s something that I don’t think most would consider doing but it’s little things like that that set people apart from the rest!”

Neil Grant from Alma Park Primary School

"It was a great day. Ian and yourself worked brilliantly with the children. Clear, organised and precise which made the children focused and the day run smoothly. It was great to take that first step and once we have started we will know what to do and plough on"
